TURKISH EMBASSY AWARDS SEVERAL AZERBAIJANI JOURNALISTS
Baku, August 4 (AzerTAc). A group of Azerbaijani journalists have been awarded today by Turkey`s embassy on the occasion of the 135th anniversary of national press.
Opening the event, ambassador Hulusi Kilic spoke of the history and current state of relationship between Azerbaijan and Turkey.
The ambassador noted he had always kept close contacts with media.
The event participants were also briefed on the media accomplishments achieved in Azerbaijan since country`s regaining its independence and President Ilham Aliyev`s care for it.
