HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION REPORTS
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ The Housing Finance Corporation of Mongolia (HFCM) has given a report on an implementation course of the “4 thousand apartments” governmental program which started four months ago.
In frames of the project, which aims to provide state servants such as teachers and medical doctors with apartments, 3,907 certificates of apartments have been granted to state organizations. In addition, parliament has allowed the government to sell bonds of MNT 80 billion for collecting financial sources of the project.
For the time being, loans for 2,006 state servants have been tackled. Over MNT 30 billion has been placed in current accounts of 95 construction companies for credit finance of 1,060 people. By the way, 1,664 state servants out of all involved in the apartment loans are living in capital city, of whomn 1,044 in its ger areas, 244 in flats rented.
Matters on loans for the remaining 946 state servants will be financed at the next turn's sale of the bonds.
