Iranian investor in Georgia: Foreign Investment Fund, an opportunity to participate in Iran's advancement

Tehran, August 3, IRNA – An Iranian investor residing in Georgia said here Monday that the establishment of the Investment Fund abroad will provide a good opportunity for expatriates to participate in the country's advancement and development.
Esmaeil Tajalli Pirbazari told IRNA in an interview on the sideline of the Iranian Expatriates Conference, “keeping in mind the efforts made in Iran aimed at embracing development and advancement in various fields, the atmosphere is quite ripe for making investments in Iran.”
Pointing out that participation in projects that are implemented in Iran is quite beneficial for the investors, he said, “The interested individuals can appropriate with their financial capabilities and take advantage of the emerged opportunity in the way of participation in their country’s advancement and development.”
Tajalli added. “I have thus far had two chances for making investments in the projects underway in Iran and I am still ready for making more investments in required fields.”
Tajalli further said that the existence of security and stability in Iran is the key factor needed for attraction of potential investors abroad. He added that “the interactions between the statesmen and the expatriates have drastically increased the will for making investments in Iran during recent years.”
He emphasized that “the threats and sanctions against Iran have never been able to create obstacles in the way of the country’s development and advancement process and the expatriates are also ready for making investments to negate the possible negative effects of such moves.”
The Iranian Expatriates Congress is being held on Monday and Tuesday, August 2nd and 3rd, 2010 at the Summit Meeting Hall of Tehran in the presence of 200 Iranian expatriates who are mostly willing to make investments in their country./end
