AZERI CANOEIST WINS SILVER IN EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP IN MOSCOW
Baku, July 31 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijani canoeist Andrey Kraytor has won silver medal in the European youth championship in canoeing and kayak paddling held in Moscow.
He came second in the final at a distance of 500 meters losing only to world champion from Russia Alexei Korovashkov.
Kraytor also gained the right to participate in today`s final at 200 meters. Another canoeist from Azerbaijan-Radoslav Kutsev will also struggle for awards. He will compete in the final at 1000 meters on August 1.
