AZERBAIJAN`S ICT MINISTER MEETS TURKISH STATE MINISTER FOR FOREIGN TRADE
Baku, July 28 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan`s Minister of Communication and Information Technology Ali Abbasov has met today Turkish State Minister Responsible for Foreign Trade Zafer Caglayan.
Abbasov said the two countries had great opportunities to cooperate in an ICT sector.
Abbasov briefed Caglayan on regional innovation zones to be created in Azerbaijan and East-West information superhighway.
Caglayan praised the fact that the development processes started by national leader Heydar Aliyev in Azerbaijan had been successfully continued.
The Turkish minister also hailed the ICT reforms and projects carried out in Azerbaijan.
The sides discussed prospects for ICT cooperation between the two countries.
