Black day in Parliament: Biman
Kolkata, July 23 (PTI) C.P.I.-M leader Biman Bose Tuesday said it was a black day in India's parliamentary history when crores of rupees were displayed in the Lok Sabhaduring the debate on the trust vote.
"It is a black day in Indian parliament," Bose said.
He said the liberty of M.Ps. to express their opinion had been overshadowed by allegations of bribery in the LokSabha.
"The needle of suspicion has been pointed at theSamajwadi Party," he said.
A thorough inquiry was necessary to unravel the truthhow bribery was resorted to ensure the survival of the U.P.A.
