PRESIDENTIAL OFFICE HEAD MEETS GENERAL JUDGE OF SUPREME COURT
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ Head of the Presidential Office D.Battulga, and a legal advisor to the President G.Ganzorig has met S.Batdelger, a General Judge of the Supreme Court and head of General Council of Court.
The sides shared views on implementation of a program on deepening the reform in a scope of jurisdiction which is supported by a recommendation of the National Security Council, and then discussed issues of developing cooperation among the State Supreme Court, the General Council of Court and the Presidential Office.
The head of the Presidential Office D.Battulga and the legal advisor G.Ganzorig introduced to S.Batdelger the policies and position of the President on deepening the court reform, ceasing corruption, protecting human rights and freedom, establishing justice and strengthening the democracy. They told the General Judge that the State Head wants to activate a participation of the Supreme Court, the General Council of Court and judges in the policy activities.
