INDIA “KEEN” TO COOPERATE WITH AZERBAIJAN
Baku, July 28 (AzerTAc). “India is keen to cooperate with Azerbaijan in the fields of trade, economy, agriculture and education”, said Indian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Debnad Show during July 27 press-conference.
Ambassador said Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Punjab state will arrive in Azerbaijan in September to familiarize with Azerbaijan`s achievements in agricultural sector. Diplomat said Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry will hold India-Turkey-CIS forum in Istanbul, on August 24-25. The forum, which is to gather representatives of over hundred companies of CIS, India and Turkey will give an opportunity to Azeri businessmen to develop relations with India.
Mr. Show also touched on cooperation in education sector between the two countries. He said Indian language faculty, which is to be launched in Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL) will make an important contribution to boosting cooperation between the two countries.
