EU seeks Yemen`s support to get observer status at UN

SANA'A, July 26 (Saba) -
Deputy Foreign Minister Ali Muthanna Hasan met here on Monday Head of the European
Union (EU)'s
mission in Sana'a the ambassador Michele Cervone D'urso.
During the meeting, D'urso requested Yemen's support at the United Nation's General
Assembly to grant an observer status to the EU owing to its prominent role in the
international
policy and the UN activities.
Muthanna valued the EU ambassador's efforts in strengthening the relations between
Yemen and the EU.
