People in Ankara protest against Zionist regime

Ankara, July 25, IRNA – People in Ankara, capital of Turkey, in protest to the presence of Israeli volleyball women team in Ankara, demonstrated here on Saturday.

The demonstrators shouted slogans” Down with Israel” and “ We never forget the Zionist attack against freedom flotilla to Gaza” and called for expelling the Israeli athletes from Turkey.

The Zionist regime volleyball team arrived in Ankara to attend European Championship tournament.

A number of Turkish media have said that Israeli intelligence officials, under cover of Israeli volleyball women team guards, have entered Turkey.

Turkey’s News Agency” Doughan” reported that considering the presence of Israeli intelligence agents and diplomats, around 600 Turkish anti-riot police force are taking care of the tournament venue.

Following a bloody attack of the Zionist forces against a ship carrying aid for Gaza residents, Turkish government asked for an official apology from the Zionist regime, but they have still declined to do so.

In the attack, 9 Turkish citizens were killed and some others were injured./end
