SPA - Having reviewed the Shoura Council decision No. (60/42) dated 09/10/1428H, the Cabinet approved the following: 1- A Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt regarding the amendment of Article (II) of the Agreement on theEstablishment of Egyptian-Saudi Joint Committee.
2- An amendment to Paragraph (2) of Article (IV) of the said Agreement. The amendment provides that the heads of both sides in the joint committee shall determine the persons leading the two delegations at the Preparatory Committee and shall determine itsmembership.
The Cabinet approved a Memorandum of Understanding on bilateral political consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs ofthe Republic of Bulgaria signed in Riyadh on 14/04/2007.
Having reviewed the decision of the Supreme Economic Council No.
(8/27) dated 11/08/1427H, the Cabinet approve the rules and arrangements for the treatment of Saudi employees and workers in sectors targeted for privatization when transforming public sectorsto private sectors.
The Cabinet approved the enforcement of the decision of the GCC Supreme Council adopted at its 28th session held in Doha on 3-4/12/2007, regarding the adoption of amended rules for practicingcommercial activity in the areas of retail and wholesale trade.
