GABALA TO HOST INT`L MUSIC FESTIVAL WITH SUPPORT OF HEYDAR ALIYEV FOUNDATION
Baku, July 19 (AzerTAc). An International music festival will be held in Azerbaijan`s town of Gabala on July 25-August 5 with support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
Talented musicians from the United States, Russia, UK, France and Italy will participate in the Festival. Among them will also be world-known musicians Yuri Bashmet, Boris Berezovsky and Al Cerro. Master-classes will be held as part of the festival, as well.
Along with Uzeyir Hajibeyov Azerbaijan State Symphony Orchestra, concert programs by London Philharmonic Orchestra will be demonstrated as part of the festival. The program includes compositions by Uzeyir Hajibeyov, Fikrat Amirov, Gara Garayev, Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninov, Mozart, Shubert and other composers.
During the festival, jazz lovers can listen to jazz performance of Al Jerome, seven-time winner of the prestigious American award “Grammy”.
