Shoura Council holds session

Riyadh, July 22, SPA - Presided over by its Chairman Sheikh Dr.

Saleh bin Abdullah bin Homaid, the Shoura Council held its 42ndordinary session here today.

In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Secretary General of the Shoura Council Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Ghamdi said that the Council approved the amendment of articles 2, 17, 18, and 19 of the Regulation of Pilgrims Transport to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia andReturning them to their Country.

The Council also approved a draft agreement on the bilateral political consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs ofthe French Republic.

The Council also approved a draft memorandum of understanding on establishing a mechanism for political consultation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic ofAlgeria.

The Council continued discussing the annual report of the Ministry ofEducation for the fiscal year 1426/1427H.
