Int'l donor conferences on Kyrgyzstan to be held in Bishkek, Almaty.

ALMATY, July 17 (Itar-Tass) -- Two international donor conferences on
the situation in Kyrgyzstan will be held in Bishkek and Almaty, Kazakh
President Nursultan Nazarbayev said on Saturday, when opening the informal
OSCE foreign minister meeting in Almaty.
"An agreement is reached to hold two international donor conferences
on Kyrgyzstan in Bishkek in July and Almaty in August," he said.
"The country's total budget deficit is estimated at one billion
dollars. International efforts to help the country are just necessary at
present," the Kazakh president stressed.
"For the international community, the situation in the country has
become a certain test to display consensus," he noted.
Nazarbayev said Kazakhstan would provide 10 million dollars as aid to
Kyrgyzstan. ensure stability,"
"It is yet early to say so far that the situation in Kyrgyzstan has
stabilized," he noted.
