Three men on the run after armed robbery
Three men are on the run following an armed robbery of a shop in inner Sydney.
The robbers, all wearing hoodies and with their faces covered, entered a shop on
Liverpool Street in Darlinghurst just before 8pm (AEST) on Thursday, police said.
Armed with a knife, the three jumped the counter, bailing up the 57-year-old male
shopkeeper.
They stole cash and cigarettes.
The robbers are described as aged between 17 and 25.
Police said no-one was harmed during the robbery.
