MAURITANIAN PRESIDENT VISITS SANGACHAL OIL TERMINAL
Baku, July 16 (AzerTAc). President of Mauritania Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz has today visited the Sangachal oil terminal.
First Vice-President of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Khoshbakht Yusifzade briefed the Mauritanian President and his entourage on the Caspian Energy Center.
The Mauritanian President was told that large-scale energy projects had been carried out in Azerbaijan thanks to national leader Heydar Aliyev`s successful oil strategy.
The terminal houses a number of facilities including 3 crude oil storage tanks with 880,000 barrels capacity each.
Sangachal terminal also hosts head pump station and the control room
The Mauritanian delegation took a bus tour of the terminal.
