CHAIRMAN OF AZERBAIJAN TRADE UNIONS CONFEDERATION MEETS POLISH AMBASSADOR
Baku, July 16 (AzerTAc). Chairman of Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (ATUC), MP Sattar Mehbaliyev has met with the outgoing Polish ambassador Krzysztof Krajewski.
ATUC chief praised the ambassador`s contribution to further boosting cooperation between Azerbaijan and Poland.
He congratulated the diplomat on his being awarded with “Dostlug” (Friendship) order by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev for his merits to strengthen relations between the two nations.
Mehbaliyev said trade unions of the two countries enjoy “close” relations. He, in particular, hailed cooperation of ATUC with Polish trade union organization Solidarnost.
ATUC chief wished the diplomat successes in his further activities.
Krajewski expressed assurance the Azerbaijan-Poland ties would further deepen.
