Nazarbayev signs law to ratify agreement on free trade zone.

ASTANA, July 15 (Itar-Tass) - Kazakhstan's President Nursultan
Nazarbayev has signed a law, "On the Ratification of the Agreement on Free
(Special) Economic Zones (SEZ) on the Territory of the Customs Union and
the Customs Procedure of the Free Economic Zone", the presidential press
service reported on Thursday.
"Under the Agreement, the Customs Union commission has right to
determine activities, that are banned on the territory of the free
economic zone, and a list of goods, that cannot be dispatched on the
territory of the free economic zone. Such decisions are taken by the
Customs Union commission by consensus," Kazakhstan's Minister of Economic
Development and Trade Zhanar Aitzhanova said.
