AZERBAIJAN, PORTUGAL SIGN MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

Baku, July 15 (AzerTAc). Foreign Ministers Elmar Mammadyarov of Azerbaijan and Luis Amado of Portugal have inked a Memorandum of Understanding on political consultations between the two countries.
The two ministers also initialed an agreement to grant a visa-free access to holders of diplomatic and service passports.
