PORTUGAL INTERESTED IN ‘ALL-ROUND COOPERATION’ WITH AZERBAIJAN
Baku, July 15. (AzerTAc). Portugal is interested in all-round cooperation with Azerbaijan, visiting Foreign Minister of Portugal Luís Amado told journalists.
The Minister said as part of the visit he would meet the Azerbaijani officials to discuss prospects for political and economic cooperation between the two countries and the ongoing developments in the region, particularly peaceful settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
The minister noted his country keeps a close eye on the ongoing processes in the South Caucasus region. He added establishment of stability in the region was very important for the European Union.
