EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS TO CONSIDER COMPLAINT AGAINST ARMENIA
Baku, July 14 (AzerTAc). The European Court of Human Rights will consider a claim raised by a group of Azerbaijani refugees and internally displaced persons against Armenia.
The Grand Chamber of the European Court will review the application on violation of property rights of Azerbaijani citizens and payment of indemnity.
Azerbaijan`s representative at the European Court said over 600 complaints were lodged with against Armenia by IDPs three years ago.
The Grand Chamber will hold an open hearing on September 15, with participation of representatives of both Azerbaijan and Armenian government and IDPs from Lachin region.
