AZERI TOP DIPLOMAT MEETS LATVIA`s OUTGOING AMBASSADOR
Baku, July 14 (AzerTAc). Foreign minister of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov met Wednesday Latvia`s outgoing ambassador Mikhails Popkovs.
The ambassador noted he had made efforts to contribute to deepening relationship between the two countries in all spheres.
He also underscored the “fruitful” cooperation with the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan.
For his part, Minister Mammadyarov wished the ambassador successes in his further activities.
