Baku, July 13 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan`s deputy foreign minister Khalaf Khalafov have had a telephone conversation with his Russian counterpart Grigory Karasin.
They discussed practical aspects of the bilateral relations in the context of preparations for the upcoming meetings.
