WRESTLERS GRANTED TITLES
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ During the celebration of the 804th anniversary of the Great Mongol Empire and the 89th anniversary of the People's Revolution of Mongolia, wrestlers awarded Monday with the state titles, in accordance with a decree of the President Ts.Elbegdorj.
The winner of the national wrestling B.Ganbat has been awarded the title of Lion (Arslan). The title of Falcon (Nachin) has gone to B.Zayamandakh, Khovd aimag's Chandmani soum, to T.Sanchir (Kharkhorin soum, Ovorkhangai aimag) and to Ch.Bayanmonkh (Mandal soum, Selenge aimag) for beating five rivals each.
The title of Hawk (Khartsaga) has been given to S.Monkhbat (Baruunturuun soum, Uvs aimag) and A.Byambajav, (Sagil soum, Uvs aimag) for defeating six opponents each.
