Russian-Chinese investment conference opens in Volgograd.

VOLGOGRAD, July 13 (Itar-Tass) -- A Russian-Chinese conference on
investment issues will be held here on Tuesday, the press service of the
regional branch of the Just Russia party told Itar-Tass.
The Chinese delegation will include counsellor for trade and economic
issues of the Chinese embassy in Russia Gao Xiyun, executives from Chinese
companies, big banks, representatives from public organizations, and
journalists.
The Chinese delegation's trip is part of the cooperation program
between the Chinese Communist Party and the Just Russia party. The basic
goal of the conference is to discuss new ways for cooperation between
Chinese and Russian businesses, said Oleg Mikheyev, head of the Volgograd
regional Just Russia branch and member of the Russian State Duma lower
parliament house. Russian participants in the conference will include
regional businessmen, members of federal and regional parliaments,
regional and municipal officials.
