MOSCOW, July 12 (Itar-Tass) -- Russia is ready to supply up to 20,000
tonnes of diesel fuel as humanitarian aid to Kyrgyzstan.
"We have studied this issue and three of our oil companies are ready
to supply up to 20,000 tonnes of diesel fuel," Vice Prime Minister Igor
Sechin said at a meeting of the government presidium on Monday.
"This amount of fuel will be exempted from customs duties payable to
the budget because of their humanitarian nature," Sechin said.
"We plan to start shipping this fuel in the second half of July," he
said.
