DRAFT LAWS SUBMITTED


Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ Draft laws initiated by the President, parliamentarians and the government members were submitted Thursday to Parliament Speaker D.Demberel.
Initiated by MPs S.Byambatsogt, Ts.Batbayar, Ts.Bayarsaikhan, D.Gankhuyag, D.Terbishdagve and O.Enkhtuvshin, a bill on regulation of foreign investments at the strategic importance sectors has four chapters and 17 articles.
As of present, there is no limit for foreign investors to own 100 per cent of stocks of strategic importance companies and make investments. Thus, the bill is drawn up to regulate matters on foreign investments at the strategic important sectors connecting it with the country's economy, security and real condition of national business sphere.
In a scope of the full power, MPs R.Bud, P.Altangerel, S.Batbold and Ts.Tsebgel worked out and submitted a draft law on pasture area with aims to refine upon the current public use of pasture and to create a legal environment to develop farming. The draft law has 17 articles, 60 sections and 103 clauses.
The State Head worked out a draft amendment to the criminal law. It was submitted by D.Battulga, head of the Presidential Office to parliament. According to the bill, the article on criminals of corruption adds aggravating sanctions.
The Minister of Justice and Internal Affairs Ts.Nyamdorj MP submitted a draft amendment to the law on special fund of the government; whereas the Minister of Environment and Tourism L.Gansukh submitted a draft amendments to the law on natural plants and on payment for using natural plants; the Minister of Health S.Lambaa--a draft new wording of law on health and a draft amendment to the law on vaccination.
