PRESIDENT RECEIVES DIPLOMATIC CREDENTIALS FROM AMBASSADORS

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ On Tuesday, Ambassadors of some countries to Mongolia presented letters of credence to the State Head Ts.Elbegdorj.
Firstly, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Finland to Mongolia Mr. Lars Backstrem presented his diplomatic credentials. He used to work in Finland's Embassies in the European Union (EU), Thailand, Laos and some Asian countries.
After the ceremony Mr. Backstrem said he will work with a great effort to widen the bilateral relations in all levels. He mentioned that the countries have an opportunity to forward the collaboration in the economic and commercial sectors, and emphasized an importance of regularizing mutual high level talks and meetings.
The same day, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium to Mongolia Mr. Patrick Nijs presented his credentials. Mr. Patrick Nijs used to work in Japan, Hong Kong and Shanghai.
The Ambassador of the Republic of Mali to Mongolia Mr. Brahmi Kulibali submitted his letter of credence to the President. The Mongolia-Mali diplomatic relations were established in 1960.
