Minister of Water&Electricity signs contracts worth more than SR

Dammam, July 20, SPA – The Minister of Water and Electricity, Eng.
Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Alhussein signed recently ten new contracts
for water and sanitation projects, costing an amount of SR
214,354,109 in the Eastern Region with a number of national companies
specialized in this field.

The period of implementing these projects will be ranging from 12 to
36 months.

Acting Director General of Water in the Eastern Region Eng. Ahmed
bin Abdulrahman Albassam said that the contracts included a number of
development projects such as pumping stations.
