TASIM PROJECT SUPPORTED INTERNATIONALLY, AZERI ICT MINISTER
Baku, July 5 (AzerTAc). Minister of Communication and Information Technologies Ali Abbasov has said Azerbaijan-initiated Trans-Eurasia Super Information Highway (TASIM) project enjoys international support.
“The fact the United Nations General Assembly passed a resolution on the project shows how much promising it is,” Abbasov told journalists.
The minister stressed the project was of “great importance”.
“It will link two large regions – Western Europe and Eastern Europe - which are very developed in terms of information and communication technologies.”
