S-400 can be tested at world`s largest training ground in Siberia.
CHITA, July 4 (Itar-Tass) - The world's largest military training
ground Telemba in Siberia can soon test S-400 new generation air defence
systems, the ground's chief, Colonel Sergei Kuryshkin, said on Saturday.
"At present, the issue of using the training ground for testing S-400
air defence complexes and other promising systems is being resolved," he
said adding that Telemba should be expanded for this purpose.
"We are coordinating with the leadership of the Republic of Buryatia
the handover of an additional land plot with the length of 160 kilometers
and width 70 kilometers to the training ground for this purpose," he said.
