AZERBAIJANI PROFESSOR AWARDED FOR TRANSLATION OF DOSTOYEVSKY`S NOVEL

Baku, July 2 (AzerTAc). The Saint Petersburg-based International Center for Russian Literature Translators has awarded Professor of the Baku Slavonic University Telman Jafarov with the best translator prize for the first translation of the Dostoyevsky`s “Karamazov brothers” novel into Azerbaijani language.
He received the award in the nomination “publication: the first translation of famous Russian literature book in the history of this country”
