Kyrgyzstan's parliament released following the referendum.

BISHKEK, July 2 (Itar-Tass) -- Kyrgyzstan's Central Commission on
Elections and Referendums adopted on Friday a decree on the early release
of the parliamentarians who had been elected in the time of the former
President Kurmanbek Bakiyev.
The parliament was released on the basis of the interim government's
decree of April 8, 2010, but the decision came into force only after the
new Constitution was adopted at the referendum on June 27, the Chairman of
the Commission, Akylbek Sariyev, said.
"Following the plebiscite there are enough grounds to adopt a decree
on the release of the deputies," he said.
Earlier on Friday, he informed that over the referendum, 90.55 percent
voted for the new Constitution. The official report was published in the
Erkin-Too daily, which means the new Constitution comes into force and
that Roza Otunbayeva is confirmed as Kyrgyzstan's president for the
transition period to December 31, 2011, he said.
According to Kyrgyzstan's new Constitution, the parliamentary
elections will be due in early October.
