PRESENTATION ON DYNAMIC ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF AZERBAIJAN HELD IN NETHERLANDS

Baku, July 2 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan`s Ministry of Economic Development, Foreign Ministry of the Netherlands, Azerbaijani embassy to Amsterdam and Dutch embassy to Baku, Azerbaijan State Investment Company and Council for Commercial Assistance of the Netherlands have jointly organized an event to hold a presentation of dynamic economic development and wide prospects of Azerbaijan.
Governmental officials from both countries, as well as local businessmen, representatives of diplomatic corps attended the event which was held in the Foreign Ministry of the Netherlands.
Deputy Secretary General of the Netherlands Foreign Ministry van Daalen told of development of the bilateral ties between the two nation in recent years and prospects for economic relations.
Daalen said his country was keen in further boosting the cooperation with Azerbaijan in the political and economic fields.
Azerbaijani ambassador Fuad Isgandarov spoke about the latest dynamic development of his country`s economy and prospects for deepening bilateral economic cooperation.
Chief of administration of Azerbaijani ministry of economic development Samir Valiyev gave detailed information on economic policy of the country and main priorities for foreign economic relations.
Executive director of Azerbaijan Investment Company Afgan Isayev raised awareness of participants about “fruitful” investment climate in the country and economic projects implemented by the foreign companies.
Isayev highlighted economic achievements in Azerbaijan`s economy.
