INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL CONFERENCE DUE IN AZERBAIJAN

Baku, July 1 (AzerTAc). A conference at the level of the European environment ministers and experts will be held in Gabala region of Azerbaijan as part of preparation for UN General Assembly session on biodiversity. The event will be organized by the government of Azerbaijan and the UN Environment Program (UNEP).
The conference will bring together Director of UNEP`s Regional Office for Europe Christophe Bouvier, Executive Secretary of the Convention on Biological Diversity Ahmed Djoghlaf and environmental experts.
