ALESCO's Chief hails King's precious initiative for global

Tunis, July 19, SPA -- Director General of the Arab League
Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ALESCO) Dr Munji
Bosineina has welcomed the World Conference on Dialogue and
underscored the importance of the initiative of the Custodian of the
Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz to engage into dialogue
with followers of all religions.


In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), he said the call for
dialogue is not a strange matter for King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, who
is known as a man of tolerance and openness as well as always keen on
projecting Islam in its true form as a religion which is far away
from extremism and fanaticism.


Dr Bosineina said the conference will prove to the entire world that
the Muslims are ready to conduct dialogue with others.
