PARTICIPANTS OF IDB BOARD OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS` MEETING PAY RESPECT TO AZERBAIJAN`s NATIONAL LEADER
Baku, June 23 (AzerTAc). Participants of the 35th Meeting of the Board of Executive Directors of the Islamic Development Bank have today visited the Alley of Honors to lay a wreath at the tomb of Azerbaijan`s national leader Heydar Aliyev.
They also put flowers at the grave of prominent ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva.
The meeting participants then visited the Alley of Martyrs to commemorate Azerbaijani heroes who gave their lives for the country`s independence and territorial integrity.
They laid a wreath at the Eternal Flame monument here.
