Russian expert hails Tehran confab for forging convergence among Muslims

Tehran, June 21, IRNA – A Russian publisher said here Sunday that the International Conference of Islamic World Publishers has been a good gesture on Iran’s part.
Head of Russia Muftis Council supervising committee, Renat Simkin, told IRNA that all those involved in publication business in the world of Islam should be invited to the meeting.
The scholar, who has worked on publication of the Part 30 of Holy Quran, Holy Prophet of Islam’s biography as well as a number of historical and cultural books, said views of all the participants should be included in a notebook or a CD to be distributed among the public later on.
In an interview with IRNA on the sidelines of the International Conference of Islamic World Publishers, he said that his institute is ready for publication and distribution of Islamic works./end
