Officials, Scholars welcome Saudi King's appeal for constructive
Madrid (SPA) - The Chairman of Spreading Religious Dialogue in India, Dr. Abdullah Tariq praised the speech of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and said "It is a great beginning of a valuable call from a generous King. It is the first of its kind issued by the Islamic world."
He expressed optimism that it will continue to spread peace and lead
to renunciation of violence in order to achieve its projected goals.
The professor at the University of Tunis, Dr Juma Sheikha said "The
Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques focused in his speech on the need
that the participants should concentrate in their dialogues about
common denominators among all religions and cultures, including
tolerance, cooperation, justice, upholding high morals, the family
and protect it from disintegration and dissolution, leaving
selfishness and working to give everyone his rights".
He praised the efforts of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in
bringing peace and stability, which confirms his keenness to see a
world full of security and stability, understanding and cooperation
among mankind.
