Yemen to host 2009 Arab conference for tourism investment

SANA'A, July 17 (Saba)- Yemen is to host 2009 Arab Conference for
Tourism Investment Opportunities in response to a request by Arab
organization for Tourism , Minister of Tourism Nabil al-Faqih In an
exclusive statement to al-Sayasea newspaper, al-Faqih said that the
Yemeni government welcomed the request and the coming meeting with
the organization would discuss the agenda of the conference and
determine its date.

During his talks with the Yemeni official in
Sana'a, the chairman of the Arab organization Bander bin Fahd
al-Fahd discussed the request and agreed to open an office for the
organization in Yemen to enhance cooperation between two sides in
different fields.Al-Fahd highlighted characteristics of tourism in
Yemen, pointing out to the positive indications that show Yemen will
be destination for Arab tourists.
