Jawf local council secretary general murdered in ambush

SANA'A, July 16 (Saba) - Secretary General of the Local Council in
Jawf governorate Abdul Wahab al-Dhamin was murdered in an ambush by
armed persons while going to al-Zaher district.

Local sources in the governorate told the ruling party-run
almotamar.net that the attack took place this Wednesday afternoon in
Farsha area of al-Motoun district.

The sources added that three of al-Dhamin's escorts were murdered in
the ambush and other four were injured.
