Iran's agricultural exports reach $4.2b : Minister
Tehran, June 13, IRNA – Minister of Agriculture Jihad Sadeq Khalilian said Sunday that the country enjoyed 4.2 billion dollars worth of agricultural exports in the past Iranian calendar year (ended March 20, 2010).
Khalilian made the remarks while addressing a national seminar in the capital.
The minister underlined the need for obtaining self-sufficiency in the agricultural field and promotion of agricultural exports in the country./end
