Iran ranks 1st in Dubai int'l Powerlifting Cup
Dubai, June 13, IRNA – Iran’s powerlifting team managed to become the champion of Dubai International Cup by winning most gold medals in the tournament.
In the weights 67, 90, 100 and 125 kilograms, as well as in the Master weight, Iranian participants received gold medals.
The Iranian team also received silver medal in weight 90 kilograms and bronze medal in 100 kilograms .
In the team section, Iran scored 69 points ranking first and the UAE team stood second in the competitions called the “ Asian Powerlifting Championship.”/end
