AZERBAIJAN, INDIA AGREE ON DRAFT CONTRACT FOR LEGAL COOPERATION

Baku, June 12 (AzerTAc). An Azerbaijani delegation led by chief of Justice Ministry`s department on international relations Zaver Gafarov carried on negotiations with Indian officials in New Dehli to reach an agreement over a draft contract related to legal cooperation.
The contract covers mutual legal assistance on criminal cases, extradition and legal cooperation on civil and commercial matters.
Azerbaijani Minister of Justice Fikrat Mammadov will travel to India to sign the contract.
