AZERBAIJAN EMBASSY TO ITALY HOLDS PRESENTATION ON ECONOMIC ACHIEVEMENTS
Baku, June 10 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan Embassy to Italy held a presentation on the country`s economic achievements in Malta capital Valetta.
The event brought together representatives from over 20 companies of Malta, head of Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry Helga Ellul and businessmen.
Ms. Ellul touched on prospects of development of the two countries` economic relations and necessity of boosting cooperation in energy, tourism, agriculture fields.
Azerbaijani Ambassador to Italy and Malta Emil Karimov told of achievements in economic policy of the country and prospects of development of the economic relations between Azerbaijan and Malta. Ambassador said President Ilham Aliyev successfully continues realization of the program of economic and social development initiated by national leader Heydar Aliyev.
The event participants watched a short film on Azerbaijan`s economy.
