AZERBAIJANI OMBUDSPERSON JOINS INTERNATIONAL CHILDREN`S RIGHTS SEMINAR IN MALTA
Baku, June 9 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijani Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsperson) Elmira Suleymanova attended a seminar under the theme “the specific role of Ombudspersons for Children in Europe to make children`s voices heard and their rights enhanced” in Rabat, Malta.
The event was organized by European Network of Ombudspersons for Children (ENOC) as part of a second meeting of coordinators from the European Network of Young Advisors (ENYA).
Suleymanova highlighted reforms conducted in Azerbaijan to protect human rights, in particular rights of children.
