France awards al-Aidrous National Order of Merit
PARIS, July 16 (Saba)- The French government awarded on Tuesday the former Yemeni ambassador to France Ameer al-Aidrous the NationalOrder of Merit (with Grand Officer rank).
In the ceremony which was held in the French Foreign Ministry headquarters on this occasion, Secretary General of French Foreign Ministry said that this award comes as appreciation for sincere efforts exerted by al-Aidrous for the sake of deepening relations which link the two countries and his role in developing politicaldialogue horizons and diplomatic cooperation.
