AZERBAIJANI CITIZENS HAVING DIPLOMATIC, SPECIAL AND SERVICE PASSPORTS TO ENJOY VISA-FREE TRAVEL TO LIBYA

Baku, June 7 (AzerTAc). According to a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed in Tripoli in March, Libya and Azerbaijan will allow a reciprocal visa-free access to their citizens, who have diplomatic, special and service passports.
The Azerbaijani Parliament is expected to ratify the MOU at its extraordinary session on Tuesday.
