SJC approves restructuring public funds courts
SANA'A, July 16 (Saba)- The Supreme Judicial Council SJC approved on its meeting Monday a decision of restructuring public fundscourts and determine their tasks in accordance with anti-corruption law.
In its decision, the council authorized public funds court in Sana'a capital and other governorate to look only at cases associated with crimes against public funds within the law of anti- corruption.
Moreover, the council fired a judge due to his mistakes, calling on concerned bodies to take required measures to deal with the recommendations of the Parliamentary Committee of Freedoms and Human Rights over its field visits to several jails across the country.AH
