The Cabinet also authorized the General President of Youth Welfare or his deputy to sign a draft cooperation arrangement between the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of the Republic of Turkey in the field of youth and sports, and forward thesigned version for further authentication.

The Cabinet approved the establishment of a Saudi stock company namedthe Saudi Arabian Company for Investment (Saudi Sanabel).

The Cabinet authorized the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources to sign a draft agreement for extension and amendment between the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Saudi Arabian Chevron Company in the divided region and forward the finalversion for further authentication.

The Cabinet approved the appointment of Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Sidais as ambassador at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Ali bin Ahmed bin Abdulrahman Gazzaz as Ambassador at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Mohammed bin Ameen bin Mohammed Wali as ambassador at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Salih bin Ali bin Saeed Al-Ghamdi as Deputy Director General for Support Operations at Zakat(alms) and Income Department.
